PRODUCT WARRANTY CLAIM

If you have a GoKiddo Playground product and would like to file a product warranty claim, please read the following requirements carefully.

Exclusions:

The following are not covered by the warranty:

• Cosmetic imperfections and natural tendencies of wood, metal, or plastic (e.g. peeling, splintering, warping, seasonal checking or cracking, knots or knot holes)
• Fading of stain, discoloration, or mold on any wood or metal part or accessory

Required Documentation:

To expedite the handling of your claim request, please include:

1. Proof of Purchase: Invoice, sales receipt, copy of email, or other documentation showing the date of purchase.
2. Photographs: Clear, high-quality photos of the suspect pieces or parts, as well as the entire play set from at least three (3) different angles.

Additional Requirements:

• Ensure all photographs are clear and well-lit, showing the affected area(s) clearly.
• Include a detailed description of the issue or defect, if possible.

Next Steps:

Once we receive your claim request, our team will:

• Review and verify the information
• Contact you for additional information or clarification, if needed
• Provide instructions on how to proceed with the repair or replacement of the affected part(s), if your claim is approved
