Return and Exchange Policy

At GoKiddo, we strive to provide the highest quality playground equipment to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy 

Notification: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via phone, email, or website. Include: 

• Order details (order number, product name, etc.) 
• Reason for return (detailed explanation) 
• Clear, unedited photos and videos of the item(s) in question

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): We'll provide an RMA number, which must be clearly marked on the return package. 

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless factory defective or factory damaged. 

Refund: Refunds will be issued within 10-15 business days after inspection. A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. 

Condition: Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation. 

Exchange Policy

Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA): We'll provide an EMA number, which must be clearly marked on the exchange package.

Replacement: We'll replace defective or damaged items within 10-15 business days. Out-of-stock items may take 3-5 months. 

Exceptions:

1. Customized Orders: Customized orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless factory defective or factory damaged.

2. Used or Damaged Items: Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way may not be returned or exchanged.

3. Missing or Lost Items: We are not responsible for missing or lost items during shipping.

Warranty Returns:

1. Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team for a warranty return. 

2. Warranty Return Shipping: We will provide a return shipping label for warranty returns. 

3. Return Item Condition: To ensure a smooth warranty return process, please ensure the item is returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, and in its original condition to the extent possible.
