Warranty for GoKiddo Wooden Play Sets

Inter-Island Outdoors Trading OPC (the "Company") warrants its GoKiddo brand playground equipment (the "Equipment") to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for the following periods:

• 10-Year Warranty: All above-ground wood components of swing sets purchased through and installed by an authorized GoKiddo Dealer.
• 2-Year Warranty: All non-wood components (e.g. plastics, hardware, swings, tarps, ropes, etc.) of swing sets purchased through and installed by an authorized GoKiddo Dealer.
• 1-Year Warranty: All non-wood components (e.g. plastics, hardware, swings, tarps, ropes, etc.) of swing sets not purchased through and installed by an authorized GoKiddo Dealer.
• 1-Year Warranty: All remaining GoKiddo products, including but not limited to Basic Swing Set, Basic Swing Set with Slide, See-Saw, Children's Picnic Table with Umbrella, Play-Zee-Bo, Malibu Playhouse, Interlocking Sandbox, Toy Chest, and spring riders.
• 1-Year Limited Warranty: All accessories purchased separately from those included with one of our swing set packages.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic imperfections and natural tendencies of wood, such as peeling, splintering, warping, seasonal checking or cracking, knots or knot holes.
• Checks or cracks in wood components that do not affect the intended function of the part, piece or overall swing set functionality.
• Wood rot or decay that develops because the product was installed in an area with poor drainage.
• Lumber that has been damaged by wood boring bees, or conditions that develop as a result of faulty or improper installation of the product.
• Fading of stain, discoloration, mold, or mildew on any wood part or accessory.
• Cracks in plastic components, surface rust on hardware, and chips on powder-coated materials that do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the part or component.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

The Equipment owner is responsible for:

• Regular inspections to ensure all hardware is tight and secure.
• Staining and/or sealing the lumber as needed.
• Maintaining the Equipment in accordance with the Company's instructions.

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, please submit:

• Proof of purchase, including the date of purchase.
• Photographs of the defective part or component.
• A detailed description of the defect or issue.

The Company reserves the right to verify defects and replace defective parts or components at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or components. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Governing Law:

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

Entire Agreement:

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the purchaser with respect to the Equipment, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

Inter-Island Outdoors Trading OPC warrants that its GoKiddo brand galvanized steel playground equipment (the "Equipment") will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for the following periods:

• Structural Components (e.g. frames, beams, poles): 20 years
• Non-Structural Components (e.g. plastics, hardware, swings, tarps, ropes): 5 years
• Slides: Lifetime of the product
• Accessories and Other Products: 1 year

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Rust or corrosion caused by installation in areas with high humidity, sunlight or hot temperature exposure, saltwater exposure, or poor drainage
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic imperfections

Maintenance Responsibilities:

To ensure the longevity of the Equipment, the owner is responsible for:

• Regular inspections to ensure all hardware is tight and secure
• Keeping the Equipment clean and free from debris
• Installing and maintaining the Equipment in a shaded area, protected from direct sunlight

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, please submit the following with the completed warranty claim form:

• Proof of purchase, including date of purchase
• At least three (3) clear photographs of the defective product or parts
• Alternatively, you may deliver the defective part to Inter-Island Outdoors Trading OPC

Inter-Island Outdoors Trading OPC reserves the right to verify defects and replace defective parts at its discretion.

Inter-Island Outdoors Trading OPC warrants its table toys and manipulatives products (the "Products") to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of:

• 1 year from the date of purchase for all table toys and manipulatives

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic imperfections
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or exposure to harsh chemicals
• Products that have been altered or modified in any way

Maintenance Responsibilities:

To ensure the longevity of the Products, the owner is responsible for:

• Regular cleaning and maintenance of the Products
• Storing the Products in a dry, secure location when not in use
• Ensuring the Products are used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, please submit:

• Proof of purchase, including date of purchase
• A clear photograph of the defective Product or part
• A detailed description of the defect or issue

Inter-Island Outdoors Trading OPC reserves the right to verify defects and replace defective Products or parts at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Inter-Island Outdoors Trading OPC be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Governing Law:

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

Entire Agreement:

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between Inter-Island Outdoors Trading OPC and the purchaser with respect to the Products, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
